Participation - I am always ready for gym, always bringing my gym strip and showing up for class. I always try my hardest during class and never give up. I think I am stronger when we play games like hockey, soccer and baseball. I am my strongest at these 3 sports because i am motivated to get better at them. I always try to pick something on choice days that will make me stronger and also I try to choose something I would enjoy also.

Social Responsibility and Contribution to the Class - I try to encourage people to try their best during class, I also help people too during class. I think I am honest during class when it comes to the score. I also help outside of school me and a few of my friends help little kids learn how to play hockey.

Healthy Living- My fitness scores over the year have increased which are good. On the beep test i increased from 7.5 at the beginning of the year to 9.2 on the last one i did. They have taught me that if i work hard i will improve. I am involved in a lot of extra curricular sports. I play a lot of ice hockey and ball hockey. In ball hockey i play for team BC and team Canada

Overall I think i deserve an A for letter grade and a G for work habit because i work hard and I am always ready for class. also because i do things outside of class as well.

semester 2 mid term for gym

In gym i think i deserve a G for work habit and an A for a letter grade because I am ready for gym everyday with my gym strip and mental preparation. I think i am a leader too helping others in the activity that we are doing. Also I work hard and try my best during gym class. I have noticed that I have improved the most in my running and upper body strength fitness on Tuesdays and Fridays really help and so do the things i do outside of school. on Tuesday and Fridays i also have dryland training and the rest of the week i have a mixture of ball hockey and ice hockey. For ball hockey i play major but i also play junior ball hockey and for ice hockey I am playing spring and 3 on 3. Days that i have off me and my friend usually work out for about an hour. I try to work out as much as i can because I am trying to get ready for my ball hockey trip to Slovakia.

Gym interim

In gym I think I deserve a G for work habit because I'm always prepared for gym with my gym strip and mental preparedness. Also I work hard and try my best every time in gym. It shows to because I can see my improvement with my hard work. I see improvement the most in my running for example last Friday when we did relay races I noticed I could run a far distance for a longer time then I used to be able to and then still be able to run my next turn.

Gym midterm Report

This year so far has been really good for my fitness level I've noticed that I have improved a lot. Fitness activities at school and outside of school have helped. One thing that shows I have improved is the beep test at the biggining of the year I got 7.3 which is not that good but in early December I got 8.6 which is a lot better but still needs improvement. I think if i keep working hard in gym and work hard outside of school i could do a lot better on the beep test and any other fitness activity i do.

Outside of school i play a lot of hockey 6 days a week which includes 2 dry land sessions 2 games and 2 practices. At dry land i notice i don't get really tired as quick like i used to and i notice my strength physically and mentally have improved. Also because I'm a goalie i have to go down and get up really quick and i can do that now which is good.

I think overall i deserve a G for work habit and at least a B for letter grade because i always try my best on fitness days and also on non fitness days. Also I am always prepared for class always bringing my gym strip. My personal goals are to get a 10 on the beep test by the end of the year.

Work habit for gym

i think i deserve a G for a work habit because i work hard during gym. I notice that i am getting fitter because I am able to run for longer distances without being really tired. I notice i am also getting fitter because i have hockey seven days a week. I also think i deserve a G because i am always ready for class with my gym strip. At home i am always stretching because my flexibility is not my strongest part in my physical education and also I stretch at home because I am a goalie in hockey and a goalie needs to be flexible.
